The clothing in Mcqueen collections usually are a display of beautiful darkness. Sarah Burton turned on the lights and I don't just like what I see, I LOVE IT! The details and craftsmanship blew me away, strips of fabric molded into dresses and coats that gave the models a soft feminine shape. Speaking of strips, I had to mention the hair, a tangle of messy braids that I'm sure you're gonna see recreated often.
Floral motifs are synonymous with Spring clothing, but Burton gives a hard edge to the print, making tough girls want to cover themselves in sunflower dresses. The house of Mcqueen is indeed in safe hands!
